Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than product damage or defects.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at psvlm23@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a refund or replacement.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defects, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
